Pauline began her selling career at McGrath where for over a decade she was one of the top performing agents; which is why she was chosen as the selling agent for the original series of the hugely popular television show ‘The Block”, representing the popular contestants ‘Gav and Waz’. It was a pretty amazing experience that taught her even more than she already knew about the power of presentation, publicity and marketing. Pauline has broken numerous suburb price records in one of the most competitive real estate markets in Australia and remains today one the country’s most successful real estate performers. James is the Founder and Director at Metropolis and CAMPAIGNxpress. Metropolis is a marketing consultancy for the property industry that James founded 14 years ago. It has offices in Sydney and Melbourne with a client list of some of Australia’s leading commercial agencies, project marketers, developers and investors. James & his team have created some of Australia’s most iconic property brand, media & marketing campaigns including the Flour Mill in Summer Hill, East End in Newcastle, Waterline Place in Williamstown Melbourne & Mary Lane in Brisbane – amongst many others. James also founded CAMPAIGNxpress – marketing software that was created for the real estate and government sectors. It enables real estate agents and government departments to manage integrated marketing and media campaigns online via web-based workflow that is connected to media channels and a supply chain. Prior to property marketing, James worked in some of Australia’s leading creative agencies and public relations firms. He’s part of the YPO (young presidents organisation) Sydney Pacific Chapter, a lover of most sports, fitness, food, Italian wine and a father of four kids who take up every spare second of his existence outside of work. Adam is a director at SJB, one of Australia’s leading architectural firms. Adam Haddow is an architect and urban designer. A Churchill Fellow, Adam travelled the world investigating alternatives to conventional models of urban design. The sabbatical resulted in a research project entitled ‘Shall We Dense’ an examination into the state of modern density living in Australia. Adam’s diverse experience and creative expertise is recognised by numerous architectural accolades, including international awards for Casba, winner of the 2015 World Architecture Festival for mixed-use completed buildings; and Cleveland Rooftop winner of the 2018 Architizer A+ Award, residential apartment. In 2014, he was creative director of the Australian National Architecture Conference.
